Grilling is very popular these days. Almost all households own a barbeque grill. You even see a lot of new recipe books about grilled food. More popular nowadays are the grilling contests, or how to be a grill master. It seems that the whole world has gone to the grilling world. But no matter how great a cook you are at the grill, it will be a disaster if you don't know how or when to use your barbeque grills. It is so easy to grill juicy and luscious foods you just have to know where and how to use your own barbeque grills.

It's a mortal sin to grill indoors. All the smoke alarms would just instantly go on and everybody would just be inhaling all the smoke and carbon monoxide gas that may be building up. Do not even attempt to grill in the garage. There are too much flammable items stored inside that may cause serious problems when neglected. Always make sure that the place is far from pets and kids. They may think that the grill is a toy and instantly make things go crazy around your cooking area. Kids may want to touch and play with your grill, so make sure you stay as far away as possible.

When you're ready to cook your food, make sure that you have religiously followed the instructions on the manual of your grill. Always set the right temperature before putting your food to prevent you from burning your meal. There is a vast number of new designs for barbeque grills these days so be extra careful in using it.

If you're going to use the marinade as a sauce, make sure you boil it before serving. You might be experiencing stomach pains if you disregard the fact that the marinade is not as clean as you expect it to be.

Have a separate plate for the food after you have cooked them. Do not use the plate that you used to hold raw food as your serving dish. That would just feel like your eating raw food.

After you have used your grill, make sure you know how to remove the stains left by the marinade dripping from your food. It will be too disgusting if it still remains on the grill the next time you will be using it.

When throwing away the used coal, make sure they are placed in a metal container. It is okay to reuse them as long as you know how to keep them in good condition. Read about how to appropriately dispose of your grilling supplies so that everything will not be in harms way.

So you see, though grilling is a very fun and an easy way to prepare food, it needs much attention. It also needs much time and preparation so that you can prevent unforeseen circumstances that may instantly destroy your whole cooking session or your cookout. Its so much fun if you know exactly what to do, when to do it and how to do it.
